Cross-border Track and Trace
The VeriRx Network™ consists of a team of students researching the opportunities and challenges of using blockchain to track the transaction flow and movement of pharmaceutical products in international cross-border transactions. Issues include traceability and interoperability of drug systems in cross-border trade, efficiency, and counterfeit drugs entering the supply chain.
Transnational Interoperability
This project is unique in that it, first, focuses on cross-border trade rather than applications of a single region or institution, and second, it emphasizes the smooth integration of blockchain and national regulatory regimes through comparative legal research.
